Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a full-stack Software Engineer who wants to help companies in the financial sector manage compliance governance risks, become more compliant, and build trust. You are motivated by working with the newest technologies and building beautiful software.

The job

You will be our lead Software Engineer responsible for full-stack development and operations of our applications and services. You will build new user-facing features in our cloud-based RegTech solution, work in a relational data model, and coordinate tasks and quality with colleagues and customers. Management responsibility of Junior Software Developers is possible if you have experience or want to develop in this area.

You will work closely with our CEO, external developers, Compliance Officers, Tech co-founder, Tech Advisory Board, and our customers’ IT departments. We have built a strong professional team around Komplio committed to finding solutions to complex challenges.

You

You have a relevant master’s degree as a Software Engineer and have relevant work experience. Getting to know the complex architecture and solving problems is your thing, and you have great ninja debugging skills. Strong JavaScript fundamentals are needed. A background working with React is a plus and you want to learn to code in ReScript. You speak English fluently and live in a European time zone.
